Xiaomi has officially unveiled in China the Redmi Watch 6 smart watch — a new budget device with a large AMOLED display, long battery life and deep integration with the HyperOS ecosystem. Redmi Watch 6 features a 2.07-inch AMOLED screen with 432×514 pixel resolution, 2000 nits peak brightness and 60Hz refresh rate. The display has ultra-narrow bezels with a width of just 2mm and a screen-to-body area ratio of 82%, protected by 2.5D glass. It also supports Always-On Display at 5Hz, so you can see the time and notifications even when the screen is off.
The watch gets a case with two physical buttons — an updated steel crown and an additional side key for quick access to key functions. The case measures 46.45 × 40.03 × 9.94 mm and weighs — 31 grams without the strap. The case is made of a durable aluminum alloy, and the straps are quick to change and available in silicone or vegan leather options.

The device runs HyperOS 3 for seamless integration with smartphones, smart devices, and cars. You can control home appliances, unlock compatible cars and receive interactive notifications through the watch. Xiao Ai voice assistant is supported, and Android users can reply to WeChat messages directly from the watch.
Redmi Watch 6 has a 550 mAh battery that offers up to 24 days of battery life in basic mode, up to 12 days in normal use, and up to 7 days with AOD enabled. Charging is magnetic, and there’s a linear vibration motor with over 20 types of tactile feedback.
The watch supports independent dual-band L1 GNSS positioning system and is compatible with GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and BeiDou. For health, there are 24/7 heart rate measurement, blood oxygen level (SpO₂) monitoring, sleep tracking, stress level and female cycle tracking. The device is 5ATM waterproof, so you can use it while swimming or playing water sports.
Redmi Watch 6 supports more than 150 sports modes, including automatic detection of walking, running and cycling. Additional features include — Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, music playback, voice memos, compass, weather forecast, calendar synchronization and smartphone camera control.
