Introduced Garmin Forerunner 165 smart watch with a set of useful technologies

Garmin’s smartwatch lineup has a new model called the Forerunner 165. It’s the perfect companion for your sporting goals, and it’s differentiated from other models by an expanded set of useful technologies, as well as an audio player in one of its versions.
The Forerunner 165 smart watch features a 1.2-inch round AMOLED display with a resolution of 390×390 pixels. The case dimensions are 43x43x11.6 mm. In addition to the base model, the company also introduced a “music” version of the gadget with 4GB of built-in storage.
The watch will track the user’s blood oxygen levels, heart rate and breathing rate, as well as determine the user’s “athletic age.” They will also be able to assess the user’s sleep quality, stress levels and “energy remaining” using Body Battery technology. The latter also offers recovery tips by selecting the optimal interval and duration of daytime sleep to “recharge the internal battery.”

Garmin Forerunner 165 recognizes more than 25 types of activity, including strength training, creates adaptive workout plans, and tracks workout progress. The smartwatch has a claimed battery life of 11 days. Other features include Garmin Pay contactless payment.
