Omate has introduced a fitness tracker in the shape of a ring – Ice Ring

The Omate Ice Ring device is not only a stylish piece of jewelry, but also a sophisticated piece of tech. With advanced built-in sensors, it tracks critical health indicators including heart rate, blood oxygen levels and stress levels. This allows the user to get a complete picture of their body. If the device detects any abnormalities, it will remind you to exercise or contact a medical professional.
The ring is able to track different stages of sleep (wakefulness, deep, light and REM sleep). It also offers tips on how to improve sleep quality. Every morning, the device assesses sleep quality according to the Pittsburgh Sleep Index. With the built-in GPS, the user can track their workouts and distance traveled. In addition, all data is stored locally on the smartphone and is not shared with the manufacturer or third parties.
The ring is made of titanium and weighs just 2.9g. The Ice Ring is IP68/5ATM protected and can be used in any weather. In addition, you can wash your hands or bathe without removing the ring. The battery lasts from 4 to 6 days of continuous use depending on the measured values, and recharging takes only half an hour. Thanks to the different colors, the device is suitable for both men and women. Available colors: black, silver and gold. And of course there are different sizes available with diameters ranging from 52 to 64 mm.
