Huawei has released the updated Freebuds 6i headphones

Huawei held a presentation in Dubai yesterday where the company showed off its new Freebuds 6i wireless headphones, among other things. They have a similar design to the Freebuds 5i, but feature larger batteries and improved noise cancellation.
The Freebuds 6i is a wireless earbud with a similar design to the Freebuds 5i, but with a larger battery and improved noise cancellation.
In the device, Huawei implements the new Intelligent Dynamic ANC 3.0 noise cancellation algorithm. It monitors environmental noise and adjusts the noise reduction accordingly. The new headphones are equipped with a noise filtering camera that recognizes voices and midrange and high-frequency sounds and filters them most effectively.

When it comes to specs, the Freebuds 6i retain the 11mm four-magnet dynamic drivers, but they’re now 50% more powerful and Hi-Res certified.
The biggest change is to the battery capacity. The ear pads have retained their 55mAh capacity, while the case’s battery capacity is now 510mAh, a 25% increase over last year’s Freebuds. That means two more hours of playback without recharging – 8 hours with ANC off and 5 hours with ANC on. However, the higher capacity requires longer charging times – the case takes 110 minutes and the headphones take 60 minutes to charge from 0 to 100%.

The headphones are IP54 certified and can connect to any device via Bluetooth 5.3. The company will reveal pricing and availability at a later date.
