Honor unveiled Watch 5 Pro smart watch with AI features and eSIM support

Honor has unveiled its new flagship Watch 5 Pro smart watch designed for adventure, sports and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts. It combines premium design with enhanced durability and resistance to external influences.
Watch 5 Pro is certified IP68, IP69, IP69K and 5ATM, making it dustproof and waterproof. The device features a round 1.5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466×466 pixels, 310 ppi density, and a peak brightness level of up to 3000 nits. The watch can last up to 15 days in Bluetooth mode and up to 3 days when using an eSIM.
The main focus of the Watch 5 Pro is the integration of artificial intelligence. The watch has support for YOYO AI and DeepSeek, which provides voice control, gestures, audio transcription, and dial personalization. For athletes, there’s an AI assistant that analyzes the user’s fitness level and helps create personalized training plans.

Honor has equipped the device with a host of sensors to track health – measuring heart rate, blood oxygen levels, blood pressure, ECG, calories burned, and more.
Other features include eSIM support, TÜV Rheinland certification for wearable comfort, compatibility with popular apps, dual-frequency tri-satellite antenna, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, stainless steel case, and two control buttons, one of which is a rotating crown.
The Bluetooth version of the Honor Watch 5 Pro costs 1,599 yuan (about $224), while the eSIM variant costs 1,699 yuan (about $238). Pre-orders are already open, and sales are scheduled to start on October 23, 2025. The smartwatch will be available in several colors: Explorer, Astronomer, Climber, Pioneer and Voyager.
