Google Pixel Watch 2 will drop Exynos in favor of Snapdragon

There is new information on the Google Pixel Watch 2, which is scheduled to launch in the fall. According to the leak, the manufacturer decided to give preference to the Snapdragon processor. Namely, the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5.
.
W5 Gen 1 or W5+ Gen 1 — is a 4nm chip with four Cortex-A53 cores. By comparison, the 10nm Exynos 9110 chip in the Pixel Watch has only two such cores. The W5+ also has a special co-processor for more efficient Always-On and other features.
The new processor should also give the Pixel Watch 2 a significant improvement in battery life over its predecessor.
Another important improvement, according to the leak, is the addition of Fitbit Sense 2’s dedicated health sensors — a continuous electrodermal activity sensor (cEDA) to track stress and a skin temperature sensor.
