G.Skill WigiDash PC: a touch screen PC control panel

G.Skill has announced a new product to its arsenal of computer accessories — the WigiDash PC. This PC control panel is a direct competitor to the Stream Deck, but differs from it with a touch screen that allows quick access to different workspaces.
The WigiDash PC is a direct competitor to the Stream Deck, but features a touch screen for quick access to different workspaces.
WigiDash PC has a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels. On this screen you can place up to 20 buttons or widgets that display system information (e.g. HWiNFO, AIDA64, etc.). The functionality of the device is almost limitless: you can control sound, launch applications, emulate keystrokes and perform other actions that are usually performed on a computer, but with a more user-friendly interface.
“WigiDash is designed to optimize workflow and display system information on the touchpad using hotkeys and widgets, making it a versatile and adaptable command panel for PCs… The device allows you to create countless pages that can be tailored to your needs,” G.Skill said.

Buttons and widgets are also externally customizable: color, icons and fonts can be selected according to the user’s taste. In addition, the device supports automation via the WigiDash Manager app.
The price is $129 ($11,860), which is $20 ($1,800) cheaper than the 20-key Stream Deck.
