CES 2024: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 SUPER series AI processors officially announced

NVIDIA officially unveiled the GeForce RTX 40 Super line of graphics cards at the CES 2024 event. It should be noted that the new graphics cards offer increased processing power over their predecessors. And, importantly, the graphics cards are priced the same or lower.

GeForce RTX 4070 Super has the largest increase in CUDA cores in the RTX 40 Super series. The memory remains the same, but the bandwidth is improved. To clarify, the RTX 4070 Super outperforms the RTX 4090 for gamers using previous generations of graphics cards. And the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super also has improved performance for video and rendering large 3D scenes.

Sales of the RTX 4070 Super, RTX 4070 Ti Super and RTX 4080 Super will begin on various dates. Prices for the new graphics cards range from $599 to $999.
