BenQ announces new laser projector LH650
By ForGeeks BenQ has announced a new device in the LH650 lineup. The LH650 — a 1080p laser projector designed for use in the classroom or workplace. The projector covers 92% Rec and features a 709 color space with DLP technology for vivid hues and HDR10 support.
The device can broadcast images up to 100 inches wide at a distance of 2 to 3 meters thanks to its projection ratio and 1.3x zoom. The LH650 features a laser light source that delivers up to 4,000 ANSI-lumens of brightness and has an expected life of up to 20,000 hours. The projector’s SmartEco technology can intelligently adjust brightness to optimize energy efficiency. BenQ notes that the projector is compact and weighs less than 3 pounds and is priced at $1,199.
