Apple unveiled AirPods 3 at the It’s Glowtime presentation

New design and ergonomics
AirPods 3 get a compact design with shorter legs and an updated shape that fits more snugly in your ears. The headphones are more comfortable for extended use and have improved passive noise isolation. Apple also added new gestures for controlling music and calls that make it easy to switch tracks and adjust volume.
Improved sound quality with Adaptive EQ
A major update to AirPods 3 is the use of Adaptive EQ technology, which automatically adjusts the sound to the user’s ear anatomy. This provides a more balanced and rich sound. The new earbuds also have improved bass, midrange and treble clarity, making them ideal for listening to music and podcasts.
Longer battery life and an updated case
AirPods 3 can last up to 6 hours on a single charge and up to 30 hours with a recharge from the case. The case supports Qi wireless charging as well as fast charging via Lightning cable. Just 5 minutes of charging will provide up to 1 hour of music playback.
Water and dust resistance
The updated AirPods 3 are IPX4 water and dust resistant, making them suitable for use in all weather conditions, including rain and intense workouts.
Price and Affordability
The new AirPods 3 will be available for pre-order immediately after the launch at a price of $179. Deliveries will begin next month.
