Amazfit has announced a smart ring to track health conditions

Maker Amazfit has unveiled Helio Ring, a smart wearable device for monitoring the health performance of athletes. The device provides key health data for recovery and performance.

The built-in sensors track heart rate, blood oxygen levels, stress and sleep quality. The model is made of titanium alloy, is thin and not afraid of water. The wearable device works with the Zepp mobile app, which can predict performance based on workouts. Data from the ring can be transferred to other or third-party platforms such as Strava, Adidas Running, Komoot, Relive, Google Fit and Apple Health. The ring is claimed to be able to run for up to five days on a single charge.
