Philips has launched the Evnia 49M2C8900 gaming monitor with QD-OLED screen

The Evnia 49M2C8900 has been added to Philips’ range of gaming monitors. It features a curved display with fast response, a KVM switch and smart image adjustment algorithm, as well as HDR support and built-in speakers.
The Philips Evnia 49M2C8900 features a 49-inch matrix with an 1800R curvature index, 5120×1440 pixel resolution (32:9) and 10-bit color depth. It is manufactured using QD-OLED technology and has a maximum brightness of up to 250 nits in SDR mode and up to 1,000 nits when displaying HDR content. The panel has a refresh rate of 240Hz and a response time of 0.3ms.

The monitor supports VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and SmartImage technologies. Sound is provided by a DTS-enabled audio system with four 7.5W speakers.
The back of the new product’s case features Ambiglow backlighting that duplicates the color of the image. Interfaces include two HDMI 2.1 connectors, one DisplayPort 1.4, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A hub, a Type-C connector that supports 90W charging, and a KVM switch.
Philips Evnia 49M2C8900 is available for purchase now for $1 499 (137 450 rubles).
