Morefine has unveiled its new S800 mini-PC aimed at the international market. This compact but powerful device is designed for users who need high performance in a small package. Priced at $659 for the base configuration, the S800 will go on sale in mid-February. Let’s take a closer look at its key features.

High performance with Intel Core Ultra 9 processor

Morefine S800 features an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor with 16 cores and 24 threads, which can be overclocked up to 5.1GHz and has 24MB of Smart Cache. It also features Intel Arc GPU graphics clocked at 2.35GHz for great results in gaming, 3D rendering and content creation. The CPU+GPU+NPU architecture delivers 34.5 TOPS of AI power, making the S800 an excellent choice for AI and ray tracing tasks.

Bigger memory and storage options

The S800 Mini-PC supports dual-channel DDR5 memory up to 5600 MHz and up to 96GB, ensuring excellent performance when multitasking. In terms of storage, the device offers two M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 slots and one 2.5-inch SATA SSD slot.

Cooling system and design that combines efficiency and style

S800 is equipped with a dual cooling system that includes a quiet fan and a pure copper heatsink to effectively dissipate heat while keeping the device running quietly. The compact mini PC case measures 149 x 146 x 55.4 mm and is adorned with a cyberpunk-style panel on the top. Mesh vents on the sides of the device provide additional airflow for optimal performance.

Connectivity and Display Options

The Morefine S800 mini-PC offers users excellent connectivity options. It features two 2.5G Ethernet ports for ultra-fast internet and supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for stable wireless connections.

In addition, the S800 supports 4K UHD output to three screens simultaneously via HDMI 2.0 (4K@60Hz), USB-C (4K@144Hz), and DisplayPort 1.4 (4K@144Hz) ports. The device also includes a variety of I/O ports such as USB4, two USB-A 3.0 ports, and four USB-A 2.0 ports to ensure compatibility with a variety of peripherals.

Competitors in the mini-PC market

Most of the competitors in the market include the recently released Aoostar GEM 12 Max mini-PC, which features a Ryzen R7-8745HS processor, DDR5 RAM, and Wi-Fi 6. Lenovo also introduced the ThinkCentre Neo Ultra mini-PC, which is available with i5-14500 or i7-14700 processors, RTX 4060 graphics, and 32GB of RAM.
