Texas-based Perplexity Solved Solutions (PSS) has filed a lawsuit against Perplexity AI in the Northern District of California court, alleging trademark infringement. PSS claims that the use of the name «Perplexity» is misleading to consumers and infringes their registered trademark, executed in 2022.
