“It is clear that on September 14 there was a significant change of conditions in the status of AvtoVAZ, so we took some time to finalize our strategic plans, without changing them dramatically, the main directions have already been approved. And we plan to report to the Board of Directors in December (maybe the Board of Directors will meet in late December or early January), at the turn of 2023-2024, and expect approval of the full-scale strategy of AvtoVAZ.
