Arma folding electric scooter that fits in a briefcase

Shimizu has unveiled the Arma, a unique electric scooter that attracts attention with its foldable design and extremely compact size.

Thanks to an innovative feature – a multi-hinge mechanism – this modern vehicle can be easily folded and stowed in a small bag measuring 210x297x96mm. The scooter weighs only 4.5 kilograms, making it the perfect companion for travel and everyday use.

One of the main features of the Arma is the removable battery, which is housed in the center of the case. This innovative approach allows users to enjoy long run times of up to 11-14 kilometers on a single charge, with an attainable top speed of 24 km/h. The scooter can be charged via USB Type-C in just two hours. With a maximum load capacity of 100 kg, Arma can be used by adults and children alike.

The Arma scooter is already available for order on the Kickstarter platform for about $920 (83,400 rubles) with a single battery pack. The first deliveries are expected in July 2024.
