The new CLA model will feature full Microsoft Intune support, allowing the car to utilize Teams functions, video conferencing (up to 300 participants) and Outlook calendar management. In this way, the car becomes a “third workspace,” as the company claims.
Mercedes notes that the driver will have voice chat and calendar integration. This will allow the driver to stay in the driver’s seat to receive information about upcoming meetings and respond to messages from colleagues via voice.

Passenger-only video, autocomplete for safety
In countries where it is legal, it will be possible to stream video while driving. The content – slides, screens and presentations – will not be available to the driver. The system will automatically end the session as soon as the conference is over.
The feature is aimed primarily at professionals who need to stay connected even while driving. But the focus is on safety: the visual elements of the conferences will be hidden from the driver’s view, and the control will be realized through voice commands.
Paid feature as part of Entertainment Package Plus
The Teams and Copilot features will not be available by default, but as part of the optional Entertainment Package Plus. The cost of the option has not yet been disclosed, but Mercedes says it will first appear on the new CLA in the U.S. and Europe, and will later be available in other countries and on other models from the brand.
