The cost of the Russian electric car “Atom” has been announced

The TASS publication reports, citing documents from the Ministry of Economic Development, that production of Russia’s Atom electric car is expected in June 2025. At the same time, new details about the cost of the car have emerged.
A month ago, Igor Povarazdnyuk, CEO of Kama, the company responsible for developing the Atom, said that the electric car would cost between 2.9 and 4 million rubles. According to new data, the basic configuration of the car, which performs the functions of a cab, will cost 3.1 million rubles. The version for carsharing is estimated at 3.2 million rubles. The specialized version for cab will cost the same as the classic one – 3.3 million rubles.
The cab and carsharing version will be equipped with a 149 horsepower engine with a top speed of 130 km/h. The classic version will have a 199 horsepower engine with a top speed of 170 km/h.
