Haval launches its new crossover H3 on the Russian market

Chinese company Haval has unveiled its new compact crossover H3 on the Russian market, which will compete with the already popular Tank 300 model.

Sales in Russia will start on May 15. Buyers will be able to choose from two available engines and three configurations: the front-wheel-drive model will cost from 2,599,000 rubles, and the all-wheel-drive model — from 3,099,000 rubles.

Haval H3 is powered by a new 1.5-liter turbo engine with 143 and 177 hp depending on the equipment. All-wheel-drive versions will have the 177-horsepower engine with direct fuel injection and VGT (Variable Geometry Turbochargers) technology for stable performance and high fuel economy. Torque is rated at 210 Nm for the 143 hp version and 270 Nm for the 177 hp version. All configurations will be equipped with a seven-speed ‘robot’ and the engine will meet the Euro-5 emission class.
