BYD unveiled the DM platform for cars with a range of over 2,200 kilometers

BYD has unveiled an exclusive platform on which the Chinese company’s future cars will be built. According to the manufacturer, these new cars will have a range of 2,299 kilometers. Representatives of BYD brand told what else the future hybrid models will boast.

The DM-indexed hybrid platform, consisting of a gasoline engine and an electric motor, will be used to create Seal 06 and Qin L cars with a full tank and a charged battery; test samples, according to the manufacturer, have traveled at least 2,299 kilometers and the best result is 2,494 kilometers.
