ORA electric car brand officially comes to Russia

Now GWM is taking the next strategic step of successively launching two new-energy brands, ORA and WEY, in Russia. Thus, from next year the entire portfolio of GWM brands will be represented in our country, which will allow us to offer Russian customers an even wider choice of technological and modern cars adapted to Russian operating conditions”, — reports Andrey Akifiev, Executive Director of “HAVAIL MOTOR Rus”.

The first to enter the Russian market is the compact ORA 03 model with a unique retro design. The electric car is available in two configurations – Premium and GT – at prices from 3,899,000 and 3,999,000 rubles, respectively, including VAT. The overall length of the ORA 03 is 4235 mm, the range on a single battery charge is up to 500 km, and the estimated time to replenish the energy reserve from 15% to 80% using a fast charging station is 42 minutes. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 7.6 seconds.
The ORA 03 is based on GWM’s proprietary L.E.M.O.N. platform, which gives it a high level of safety. With its compact dimensions, the ORA 03 has a very spacious interior and offers customers the most modern set of comfort, safety and communication options. Options include ventilated and massaging seats, panoramic sunroof, wireless charging for mobile devices, digital instrument panel, multimedia system with 10.25″ display, ADAS package of high-tech safety and driver assistance systems. Customers can use a convenient branded mobile app to control a host of electric vehicle features and other tasks.
