The DLC synopsis is this: El Presidente and his utopian Caribbean world face a problem — new diseases are coming that could lead to a pandemic. There will be 4 kinds of them, and all of them are deadly. The population is worried, building conspiracy theories and going crazy, and you need to solve all the difficulties that arise. Developing a vaccine, creating individual defenses and juggling opinions and panic — the game again gives you the freedom to act as president.

If the base game seems too easy, or if you’ve completed all the missions and had your fill of Sandbox, Tropico 6 Going Viral is a good way to spend more time playing a good game.
