Honor has quietly unveiled the new Honor Play 10A smartphone in the Chinese market. Amidst the focus on the performance-oriented Honor Win series, the novelty is aimed at the budget segment and offers a large display, a capacious battery and a MediaTek Dimensity chipset.

Honor Play 10A features a 6.75-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, eye strain reduction mode and a special «e-book» mode for comfortable reading. At the heart of the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, which is paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.

Honor Play 10A goes on sale in China in three colors: Lake Blue, Blue Sky and Ink Rock Black. Pricing starts at 799 yuan (roughly $114) for the version with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The 6GB + 128GB configuration is priced at 899 yuan (about $128).
