Rollme GT5S: affordable GPS watch for training and outdoor activities

Rollme has unveiled the GT5S GPS smartwatch — an affordable model for sports and travel, launched just in time for the holiday shopping season. The device offers dual-band GPS, a suite of navigation tools (compass, altitude measurement), a 1.46-inch screen and 5ATM water protection.
The GT5S has a lightweight polycarbonate body. The dimensions are 44.5 × 44.5 × 44.5 × 11.9 mm, making the watch comfortable for extended wear during workouts or hikes. Display — 1.46-inch LTPS LCD panel with a resolution of 360 × 360 and a density of about 280 pixels per inch. The screen remains readable in direct sunlight and ensures smooth sensor operation. The device weighs —46g without the strap, and the silicone strap ensures a secure and comfortable fit.
The watch is powered by the ATS3085L chipset, which is optimized for power-efficient processing of sensor data. Inside — 128MB of RAM and 256MB of internal memory. The 800 mAh battery provides 10-14 days of active use (depending on GPS operation) and up to 75 days of standby time. Charging is via a magnetic connector and takes about two hours.

The GT5S is compatible with Android 6.0+ and iOS 11.0+, connects via Bluetooth 5.2, and gets over-the-air updates via a proprietary app. There’s no built-in camera, but the watch can use your smartphone’s camera for remote shooting. The GPS module is dual-band and supports six navigation systems: GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS and IRNSS.
Navigation features include a digital compass, altimeter and barometer. Sports features include more than 100 activity modes, step counting, distance, calorie counting, 24/7 heart rate monitoring, SpO2 measurement and sleep analysis. Additional features include — wrist gallery, animated watch faces, breathing workouts, activity reminders, alarm clock, music control, camera shutter release, weather, stopwatch, timer and notification display.
