MSI introduced the Forge GK300 Wireless mechanical keyboard

MSI has officially unveiled the new Forge GK300 Wireless mechanical keyboard — a compact 88-key TKL format model with support for three connection modes. The keyboard can work via wired USB, 2.4 GHz wireless or Bluetooth, making it compatible with both Windows and macOS. In China, the new product is already available starting at 199 yuan (about $28).
Forge GK300 Wireless comes in a black and red color scheme and features a minimalist design that saves desktop space without sacrificing functionality.

MSI offers the keyboard with two switch options: linear red switches and tactile blue switches. The red switches actuate at 45±10 grams of force and 1.8±0.4mm of travel, while the blue switches require 50±10 grams of force and have 1.9±0.5mm of travel. The total key travel of both versions is 4.0±0.5 mm, and the manufacturer has paid attention to the stability of pressing, especially for large keys.
The keyboard is gasket-mounted and has five layers of noise-absorbing materials: a plastic mounting plate, an intermediate layer of foam, a PET film, a lower layer of foam and a silicone base. This structure makes presses softer and quieter, and improves the overall acoustic feel of printing.
The keys are made of abrasion-resistant PBT plastic by double molding method, which ensures long-lasting markings. RGB backlighting supports 16 dynamic effects and is customizable via MSI’s web-based platform.

A 3600 mAh battery is responsible for battery life, providing long-lasting performance without recharging. For easy portability, the keyboard has a built-in 2.4GHz receiver compartment.
