Banks intend to file new bankruptcy lawsuits against electronics maker Fplus

Bank «St. Petersburg» and BBR Bank reported plans to apply to the arbitration court with applications to declare bankrupt LLC «F-plus equipment and developments» — the parent structure of IT holding Fplus. The information about this was published on September 10 in the Unified Federal Register of Legally Significant Information about the Facts of Legal Entities, as reported in telesputnik.ru

Situation surrounding the company

The published reports do not specify the details of the claims. At the same time, there are no claims of banks against Fplus on property disputes in the file of arbitration cases for 2024-2025. The company itself told the publication «Telesputnik» that it expects to settle all issues with creditors&#nbsp;out-of-court.

This is not the first time that the manufacturer has been pressured by lending institutions. In August, Sovcombank announced its intention to file for bankruptcy. According to «Kommersant», the bank decided to reduce its investment portfolio in the capital of Fplus. The company has managed to repay about 85% of the debt and continues to discuss the terms of payment of the remaining amount. The size of the debt is not disclosed by the parties.

What Fplus does

  • server and storage solutions,
  • data center engineering infrastructure,
  • network equipment, office equipment and personal computers.

The company also announced a project to create a Russian-made portable game console.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 50% of the capital of LLC «F-plus equipment and developments» is owned by Alexei Melnikov, the remaining 50% — ZPIF «Nuklon».
