Redmi announced a low-cost Note 14 SE 5G smartphone with 120Hz screen and Sony camera

Redmi has unveiled an affordable Note 14 SE 5G smartphone that stands out with advanced parameters for its price category. The new model retains the key features of the main version, but has received minor changes in appearance.

The front panel of the device is occupied by a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 120Hz (60Hz and 90Hz modes are also available), a maximum brightness of 2100 nits and support for a 10-bit color palette. The display is protected by durable Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The Redmi Note 14 SE’s hardware is powered by Dimensity 7025 Ultra processor and a memory configuration of 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory with the option to increase storage via microSD card. The camera system includes a Sony LYT-600 (50MP) primary sensor, an additional 8MP module (ultra-wide-angle lens) and a 2MP macro camera. The resolution of the front camera is 20MP.

Other features include a 5,110mAh battery (45W fast charging is supported), an in-screen fingerprint scanner, an infrared port, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio support, and a 3.5mm audio jack for headphones.

Redmi Note 14 SE 5G in burgundy body color will go on sale in the Indian market on August 7 at a price of $101 (8 300 RUB).
