Users reported glitches on the Russian Post website

On July 29, users from different regions of Russia complained about problems with the Russian Post website. According to the Downdetector service, the main number of complaints came from Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad Region and Karelia.
Complaints were recorded within a day
Downdetector reported 309 complaints about the site’s performance in the last hour, and 387 complaints in just one day. A similar service, Failure.rf, reported 65 incidents recorded over the course of the day.
According to user reports, the Russian Post web page is not opening in either the mobile or desktop version. An error message appears when trying to access the site.
The cause of the problem is still unknown
Official comments from Russian Post have not been received at the time of publication. The nature of the glitches and the timeframe for their elimination are also not specified.
