Huawei has regained leadership in China’s foldable smartphone market

A new market study in China has revealed that Huawei currently sells the most foldable smartphones in the country. The brand accounted for 50% of all foldable devices sold in the first half of 2023. Meanwhile, the company’s smartphones don’t even have support for 5G networks due to the sanctions imposed.
A new market study shows that Huawei is now the largest seller of foldable smartphones in China.
However, taking the top spot in the Chinese market — a great achievement. In Europe, foldable smartphones are mainly represented by the Samsung brand, while in China, vivo, Honor, Oppo, Xiaomi compete with each other.
And in China, there is a lot of competition between vivo, Honor, Oppo, and Xiaomi.

Oppo is in second place in China, followed by Samsung. Vivo, Honor, Xiaomi and Motorola round out the rankings.
