Sony Xperia Pro-I II will get two 1-inch sensors

Sony Xperia Pro-I hit the global market in 2021. Apparently, the manufacturer is now working on its successor. Renders allegedly showing the upcoming Sony Xperia Pro-I II have been leaked online.

The render shows two large camera sensors. Network insiders have speculated that they will both be 1-inch in size. In the original Xperia Pro-I, the 1-inch sensor was used only in the main module.

There have also been rumors online that Sony is planning to release a smartphone with «dual-layer transistor pixel sensor» which is larger in size than the 1-inch sensor. It’s not clear yet if this rumor applies to the Xperia Pro-I II.
