Apple WWDC 2023: Mac Studio update and M2 Ultra chip unveiled

Apple has updated Mac Studio with the M2 Max chip that was announced earlier this year. It improves performance by allowing developers to create new apps with up to 25 percent faster performance than the M1.

The new processor will make Mac Studio four times faster than the most powerful Intel-based iMac.

The Apple giant also introduced a new M2 Ultra chip that will be twice as fast as the M2 Max. The 24-core chip will deliver up to 20 percent faster performance than the M1 Ultra.

And its 76-core GPU is 30 faster than the M1 Ultra. And its 32-core engine is 40 percent faster.

The M1 Ultra can support 192GB of unified memory, 50% more than the M1 Ultra.
