ChatGPT gained access to the Internet

Many users of the paid version of ChatGPT+ now have access to the Web browsing plugin, which allows the GPT4 model to connect to the web and search for information via links.
If you want to enable Web browsing, you can click your profile on the bottom left, then go to settings and toggle the radio button under Beta features.
This feature was announced by openAI a few weeks ago. In addition, we were told that there are plugins for chatGPT that can be developed by third parties and independent developers.
For now, the feature is very unstable. In a few minutes of testing, chatGPT refused to read several links. However, for those links where the neural network was able to connect, the result was excellent. It’s definitely better than what GPT4 generated, much less GPT 3.5. It seems that we are in for a new round in the neural network revolution.

The release of the new feature was likely tied to the announcement of Google Bard, which has web access originally. It was announced last week at the Google I/O event and opened the possibility to play for users from many countries.
If you have chatGPT+, be sure to share in the comments whether you’ve already got the new feature. And if you have interesting results, feel free to post them as well.
If you have chatGPT+, please do share in the comments if you have it in the pipeline.
