The 8BitDo M-Edition keyboard features the same font on the keys as the retro IBM model, as well as a similar case color. However, unlike the original, it uses modern, replaceable mechanical switches.

The new product has a shortened 87-key form factor, but if needed, you can purchase a separate 8BitDo Retro 18 Numpad unit, which has its own display for standalone calculator mode.

The keyboard can be connected to a PC via Bluetooth or radio link, and the mode of operation is selected via a knob in the top left corner of the case. You can adjust the playback volume on your PC using another control.

The price of the 8BitDo M-Edition keyboard has not yet been announced, while the Retro 18 Numpad will cost $44 (3 930 rubles). Both accessories will be available for purchase starting July 15.

Pricing for the 8BitDo M-Edition keyboard has not yet been announced.
