Fujifilm has unveiled the X100VI compact camera

Fujifilm has announced the X100VI compact camera, a follow-up to the X100V. It’s worth noting that the camera has a number of improvements and supports different shooting modes. however, the increased functionality has led to a higher price: the X100VI costs $1600. Developers have added support for new X-Processor 5 chips, which increase the speed and efficiency of the X100VI . They provide improved autofocus that uses the company’s latest algorithms to detect objects. Speaking of which, the X100VI will come with 20 Fujifilm film simulations, including Reala Ace, which was previously exclusive to one of the company’s more expensive cameras.

The X100VI uses a 23mm f/2 fixed lens and a 40-megapixel sensor. The camera supports up to six stages of image stabilization (IBIS). The camera is powered by the same battery as the X100V. The X100VI has a UHS-1 SD card slot, electronic viewfinder and rear LCD display. The X100VI will be available in black and silver, with first shipments starting early next month.
