Coolpad unveiled the Golden Century Y60 button Android smartphone

Coolpad has unveiled the Golden Century Y60, a unique smartphone that combines a classic button phone design with cutting-edge technology. It features a touchscreen display, 5G network support and an AI-powered voice assistant.
Coolpad has introduced the Golden Century Y60.
The new product has a 3.5-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 320×480 pixels, beneath which sits a traditional phone keypad with a five-position joystick. The phone is powered by a Unisoc T157 processor along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The CoolOS 3.0 operating system, based on Android 13, is used to control the device.

The back of the phone houses a large main camera module with a single image sensor, the specifications of which are not yet known. The device is also equipped with a front-facing camera, with the sensor embedded in the wide top bezel of the display.

The Golden Century Y60 smartphone is powered by a 3100 mAh battery, which the manufacturer claims offers up to 7 days of battery life on a single charge. Other features of the model include support for an artificial intelligence-based voice assistant, an emergency button and a built-in flashlight. For seniors, there’s a simplified interface with large font and high speaker volume.
The Coolpad Golden Century Y60 price and launch date have not been announced yet.
