Geely announced prices for the new Atlas crossover for Russia

Geely has officially announced the prices for the new Atlas crossover for the Russian market. Compared to its predecessor Atlas Pro, the car has become noticeably more expensive. The basic version Luxury costs 3.195 million rubles, while for the “luxury” Atlas Pro is asked 2.884 million rubles. However, such an increase in price can be explained by several nuances.
First, the new Atlas has a much more powerful engine: under the hood is a 200-horsepower 2-liter motor, the same one found in the more affordable Tugella model. Second, the new Atlas is larger and more spacious than the Atlas Pro. Third, the base Luxury version is equipped with almost all the options available for this model.
The other versions of the new Geely Atlas have the following prices: Flagship — 3.395 million rubles and Flagship Sport — 3.495 million rubles. The trade-in and credit programs provide for discounts of around Rmb350,000. However, discounts on the outgoing Atlas Pro model are higher — up to 590k.
The new Geely Atlas is presented in Russia only with a front-wheel-drive version: the 200-horsepower engine is combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch robotized transmission. Top speed is 205 km/h, and fuel consumption in the mixed cycle is — 7.4 liters/100 km.
