Xiaomi Mijia LCD Blackboard: a 39-inch wall-mounted LCD “notepad”
By ForGeeks Xiaomi has introduced a new product — a 39-inch LCD note-taking board named Xiaomi Mijia LCD Blackboard. This product has some unique features such as impressive autonomy, erasure protection and no harmful radiation for eyes.
Thanks to its thin bezels, only 6mm wide, the usable screen area of this new product reaches 98%. The company is proud of the fact that the proprietary panel requires no built-in backlighting, making it as eye-safe as possible. Another interesting feature of this device is the ability to combine two or three displays into a single workspace with a diagonal of 57 or 78 inches, respectively.
The claimed battery life of this LCD board on a single charge of the built-in rechargeable battery is up to 280 days with 100 screen cleanings per day. Some additional features of this new product include a silicone stylus holder and a screen lock mode switch that protects what you’ve written from accidental erasure.
Pre-orders for the Xiaomi Mijia LCD Blackboard will be available from December 13 at $33 (Rmb3 000) for first-time buyers, and later the novelty will be available for $42 (Rmb3 800).
