Samsung’s new Galaxy A37 smartphone flashed in Geekbench database
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A36 in March, and now the company is prepping the Galaxy A37. Recently, its firmware appeared on Samsung’s server, which confirmed the development of the device. Although the firmware itself did not reveal any details about the specifications, the Geekbench database has given the first important confirmation — it is known which processor will be installed in the novelty.
According to the Geekbench test, the Samsung Galaxy A37 with model number SM-A376B will be powered by the Exynos 1480 chipset. The device tested ran Android 16 and was equipped with 6GB of RAM. Other memory variants are likely to be on sale.

Galaxy A37 scored 1,158 points in the single-core test and 3,401 points in the multi-core test. This already surpasses the scores of the Galaxy A36, which is built on Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. The rest of the Galaxy A37’s specs remain unknown for now. More leaks and official information are expected to emerge in the coming weeks that will give a more complete picture of the new smartphone.
