Oppo has opened pre-orders for the Find X9 series ahead of its global launch

Oppo has officially announced the start of pre-orders for its new flagships — Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, which will be released in China on October 16. The official pages of the devices have already appeared online, revealing the available colors and configurations. In parallel, the company seems to be gearing up for the international launch of the series as well.

The Find X9 and Find X9 Pro will be available in Frosty White, Silver Titanium and Chasing Light Red. The base model will also get an exclusive Fog Black color option.

In terms of storage, both smartphones will come in 12/256GB, 12/512GB, 16/512GB, 16/512GB and 16GB RAM versions with 1TB of storage. Additionally, the Find X9 will get an optional 16/256GB configuration.

Visually, the devices are similar, with a triple camera on the back. The difference lies in the design of the flash &#8212 the Find X9 has a ring-shaped flash embedded in the camera module, while the Pro version has a «capsule»

The Find X9 features a 6.59-inch display, while the Find X9 Pro gets a 6.78-inch screen. Both screens support 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and an ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint scanner. The smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. Battery capacity — 7025 mAh in the standard version and 7500 mAh in the Pro. Charging is — 80W via cable and 50W wireless.

Oppo has also signed world and Olympic table tennis champion Sun Insha to be the face of the Find X9 series in China. A teaser has already appeared on the brand’s global X page (formerly Twitter), hinting at an imminent international announcement.
