They make games sexier: 15 of 2025’s best 18+ cosplayers. Part 2

Cosplay has become a part of the gaming industry in recent years. Russian and foreign cosplayers participate in Comic Con, Igromir, Anime Expo and other festivals, collaborate with Blizzard, CD Projekt RED, Riot Games, and their costumes appear in the studios’ promotional materials. Many make money on Patreon and OnlyFans, go on TikTok and YouTube with millions of views. The selection includes names that have become symbols of the scene: Jessica Nigri with her viral “sexy Pikachu”, Kristina Fink (Kalinka Fox) with Harley Quinn images, Irina Meyer with Panam Palmer cosplay, Zhanna Rudakova, who made a business out of a hobby. Below we’ve collected the most interesting images that defined cosplay this year.
Janna Rudakova (Jannet Incosplay)

One of the first in Russia who made cosplay a business: studio, production, neat release schedule. Her profile is labeled “quality over quantity”, and this is her honest credo: less “passable”, more “captain’s” sets. Her Widow and Ian have been celebrated by geeks and the media.

Anna Shakhovskaya

The “cyberpunk” muse ranges from Panam to Blue Moon. Profile publications explicitly sign her full name and highlight her getting into character through her posture and facial expressions.

Jessica Nigri

A near-mythological figure for the entire scene, from 2009’s viral “Pikachu” to official campaigns to voicing Cinder Fall in RWBY. Her biography and chronology are detailed on Wikipedia.

What to watch: Juliet Starling (Lollipop Chainsaw), Assassin’s Creed, author twists by famous IPs.
Vera Oichi Andreeva

A prime example of a “multi-instrumentalist”: theater/movie actress, singer, cosplayer, and – importantly – international convention judge. Public profiles explicitly state her real name and roles; announcements and posters confirm touring activity.

Lad Lyumos

She’s a designer by training, so everything from corsets to gloves fit. Her YouTube streams/responses are a rare chance to see the shop floor: how parts are assembled, what’s removed for the sake of convenience, what’s sacrificed for the sake of the shot.

What to watch for: Triss, Ian, Lucy (Cyberpunk: Edgerunners) – witchy dystopian baroque aesthetic and neon melancholy.
