Google unveiled the Rope Wristlet, a stylish strap for the Pixel 10 and beyond

Every year, Google’s accessories – cases, films, and chargers – come out with the new Pixel smartphones. But in 2025, it’s not the Qi2 charger that may catch users’ attention, but a much simpler and unusual accessory – the Google Rope Wristlet.
Functionality and design
It’s basically a lanyard strap that attaches to your smartphone and allows you to wear it on your wrist. The solution isn’t new, but this is the first time it’s been introduced in Google’s official product lineup.
The accessory combines practicality with an element of style: it adds a striking accent to the phone and reduces the risk of dropping it when there’s no pocket or bag.

How to use
- insert the retainer inside the pouch,
- the bottom part is attached to the carabiner,
- then the strap itself is attached.
Although the accessory debuts with the Pixel 10, you can use it with any smartphone.
Pricing and availability
The strap costs just $7, making it one of Google’s most affordable branded accessories. By comparison, similar solutions from competitors cost noticeably more.
The Google Rope Wristlet can only be purchased at the Google Store.
