boAt introduced the Valour Ring 1 smart ring
The boAt company has launched the Valour Ring 1 smart ring under its performance-oriented Valour sub-brand. The new product is designed for users who embrace fitness as a daily habit and want continuous health tracking without a smartwatch or screen.
The ring works discreetly in the background, collecting health data throughout the day and night. It’s designed for those who want consistent metrics on recovery, exercise and daily activity without constant interaction with a display. The focus is on simplicity, accuracy and comfort, making the device suitable for constant daily wear.
Valour Ring 1 is housed in a lightweight titanium case and weighs less than 6 grams. The ring is available in a matte Carbon Black color and features a minimalist design. boAt offers sizes 7 through 12 to ensure a secure fit for different users. To avoid sizing errors, the company provides a home fitting kit that allows you to measure your finger in advance and confirm your order with an accurate and comfortable fit.


The strength of the Valour Ring 1 — health monitoring features. The device supports 24/7 heart rate measurement, heart rate variability analysis, SpOâ‚‚ measurement, step and activity counting, skin temperature tracking, stress level and VOâ‚‚ Max assessment via the boAt Crest app. Sleep tracking includes detailed sleep phase analysis and daytime sleep recognition. The ring also supports over 40 sports modes including running, cycling, strength training and walking. The Crest app has received a revamped interface that is simpler and more user-friendly.
Valour Ring 1 features a state-of-the-art chipset and next-generation sensors for reliable all-day tracking. It has a battery life of up to 15 days on a single charge. Charging is via a docking station with a Type-C connector, and a full charge takes less than 90 minutes. The ring is designed for everyday use, with 5 ATM water resistance suitable for swimming and showering, and 6H scratch resistance.
