Galaxy Tab S10 FE and FE Plus: Samsung’s new tablets get improvements and AI features

Samsung has announced the next generation of its mid-range tablets, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus. These devices continue the tradition of Fan Edition – simplified versions of flagship models with a more affordable price and decent performance. Both new products will go on sale April 10 and will be available in gray, silver and blue colors. In Russia, pre-orders for these tablets have already started at MVideo.
New chipset and larger screen in the Plus version
The two models get an updated proprietary processor Samsung Exynos 1580, replacing the Exynos 1380 found in the Galaxy Tab S9 FE. It’s a major step forward in terms of performance, especially in multitasking and working with AI apps.
Galaxy Tab S10 FE retains the previous display at 10.9 inches, but the Tab S10 FE Plus now features a 13.1-inch screen — larger than its predecessor and even the standard Galaxy Tab S10 Plus (12.4 inches). This makes the Plus model one of the largest in the Fan Edition lineup, second only to the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra with its 14.6-inch screen.
Update rate lower than flagships
The two new products feature LCD displays at up to 90Hz, while the flagship Tab S10 tablets use OLED panels at 120Hz. Despite this, Samsung claims the Tab S10 FE is 4% lighter 4% lighter

Cameras and AI: simple but smart
The main camera in both versions is 13 MP, while the front camera is 12 MP with ultra-wide angle. The Tab S10 FE Plus loses the second ultra-wide angle lens on the back, but gains AI features not previously seen on the FE series. Samsung says that these are the first tablets in the FE lineup with built-in artificial intelligence capabilities right out of the box.
S Pen included, but no Bluetooth
The S Pen stylus is bundled with both tablets, but it’s the basic version – without Bluetooth support, just like last year’s FE series. The same version of the stylus comes with the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which has already caused some users to complain.
Performance and configurations
The tablets are available with 8 or 12GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB of storage, expandable via microSD card up to 2TB. The devices run Android 15 with One UI 7 shell. Other features include IP68 protection, Dolby Atmos support, stereo speakers, and Samsung Knox security technology.
- Galaxy Tab S10 FE: 8000 mAh, 45W fast charging
- Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus: 10,900 mAh, 45W fast charging
The two models will be available in both Wi-Fi and 5G versions, but support for fifth-generation networks will increase the price.
