The Wi-Fi version will be priced from $499 for a model with 128GB of internal storage, double the previous generation’s minimum storage. Pre-orders begin today, and the first devices will go on sale October 23. In addition to the tablet, Apple introduced a new Smart Folio, available in the colors charcoal gray, light purple, denim and sage, which will cost $59.
