A leak has revealed the design and specs of the Poco F8 Ultra ahead of its unveiling
The Poco F8 Ultra has got full specs and images. The smartphone will be unveiled on November 26, and the leak reveals that the model emphasizes on performance and ruggedness.
The Poco F8 series will replace the global Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra by the end of 2025. Judging by the data, the F8 Pro is built on Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the F8 Ultra gets the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. A detailed specs sheet was published by insider Sudhanshu Ambhore.
Performance and design

Ambhore reports that Xiaomi has strengthened the Ultra’s body. The smartphone withstood European drop tests better compared to the Pro. It’s a rare marketing emphasis, but an important factor for users who often encounter shattered screens.
Battery and cooling
The base is 6500 mAh instead of the 7560 mAh of the Redmi K90 Pro Max. It supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The insider estimates that the Ultra’s battery life could be 4.5 hours better than the Pro in standard tests. At the same time, the model is heavier than the K90 Pro Max, which may indicate enhanced cooling or a reinforced frame.

Cameras
The cameras are the same as the Redmi K90 Pro Max, with three 50-megapixel modules – a primary, an ultra-wide and a telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom.
Presentation Date
The Poco F8 Ultra will be announced on November 26. At that time, it will become clear how accurate the leaks are and how Xiaomi has optimized HyperOS for the new model.
