Motorola Edge 70 ultra-thin smartphone has been revealed in a promo video

Motorola began teasering the X70 Air in China late last month, and now it’s been revealed that the device will come out as the Edge 70 in the international market. According to insider Evan Blass (@evleaks), the smartphone will be less than 6mm thick, which puts it on par with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, iPhone Air, Tecno Spark Slim and Tecno Pova Slim. A promo video showing the device from different angles and in three colors has also leaked online. The X70 Air is expected to launch in China by the end of this month, but no timeline for the Edge 70’s global launch has been revealed yet. By comparison, the last Edge 60 was unveiled in April, but rumor has it that we won’t have to wait that long for the new model to hit the global market — Motorola intends to actively join the «race of the thinnest smartphones». According to early leaks, the Edge 70 will get a 50MP main camera with optical stabilization, an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 120-degree viewing angle, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
