Latest iPhone 17 Pro rumors: new colors, cameras and cooling system

On the eve of Apple’s September presentation, Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman shared an updated list of specs to expect from the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. His prediction is much the same as previous leaks, but confirms the key innovations.
New Colors
- bright orange,
- dark blue.
These colors are expected to be the main visual «chip» of the 2025 premium models.
Cameras and optics
Apple will continue to bet on photography. Smartphones will get:
- a triple camera unit of 48MP each,
- redesigned module,
- improved optical zoom up to 8× (vs. 5× for the iPhone 16 Pro).
This update brings the Pro series into competition with the best Android flagships in mobile photography.
Cooling System
For the first time, Apple will add a vapor chamber (vapor chamber) to the iPhone — a technology long used in gaming smartphones. It allows for more efficient heat dissipation and delivers consistent performance under heavy load.
What else is known
- slimmer body;
- increased battery life;
- new features related to AI and photo processing.
It’s the design and cameras, however, that will be the major exterior changes of the generation.
