Huawei is preparing to launch the Mate 80 series: three models have received certification in China

The Huawei Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro and Mate 80 Pro+ smartphones have received certification for sales in China. The base version of the Mate 80 is labeled VYG-AL00, the Mate 80 Pro is — SGT-AL00, and the Mate 80 Pro+ is — SGT-AL50.
The Mate 80 will support 66W wired charging, while the Pro and Pro+ will get accelerated charging up to 100W. One of the models in the series is rumored to introduce a new generation of Kirin processors, while the other will emphasize flagship camera capabilities.

All three devices will feature a circular camera unit positioned in the center, while a dual-tone LED flash will take up residence in the top left corner of the module.
It was also previously reported that at least one of the models will get a built-in fan for cooling. It will be placed on the side of the camera unit, rather than in the frame of the smartphone. The Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro and Mate 80 Pro+ are expected to retain a high level of water resistance despite the presence of active cooling.
