Huawei unveiled the Nova 14i smartphone

Huawei has expanded its Nova 14 lineup with the new Nova 14i smartphone. Despite the fresh name, it’s not a brand new model, but actually a rebranding of last year’s Huawei Enjoy 60X and Nova Y91, getting new colors — black and blue. The Nova 14i features a 6.95-inch LCD screen with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. A large cutout for the 8MP front-facing camera and a talk speaker is noticeable at the top. Despite the LCD panel, the smartphone supports Always-on Display. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 680 processor, introduced back in 2021. The main camera has a resolution of 50MP and is complemented by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The novelty runs on EMUI 14.2. One of the main advantages of the Nova 14i is the 7,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support. Huawei hasn’t announced pricing and launch dates yet, but details are expected to emerge soon.
