Ayaneo is preparing its first gaming smartphone

Ayaneo, a company known for its handheld gaming consoles and mini-PCs, has decided to enter the smartphone market. And, as you can expect, its first phone will be geared toward gamers.

The manufacturer has already published a short teaser, in which it calls the device «a smartphone truly made for gamers». The video shows a silhouette of the back panel with the dual cameras flush with the body —with no protruding module, RedMagic-style.

There aren’t many details yet. Ayaneo’s slogan sounds like «Real gamers know gamers», but the competition in this segment is already quite serious — from the likes of RedMagic to the ASUS ROG Phone. How Ayaneo plans to stand out from other gaming smartphones, is still a mystery. It is assumed that the novelty will run on Android.

The company said the project was «born out of pure love of gaming and the pursuit of a dream». More teasers with additional details are expected soon.
